Jay formerly worked as the Senior Water Scientist at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, CA, and now holds the position of Director of the Global Institute for Water Security at the University of Saskatchewan. Diving deep into the issue groundwater depletion, Jay identifies the water conflict issues that water scarcity brings about.
